I have had trouble streaming videos from this website all weekend. Had to resort to an old video off facebook site instead. Its not my computer as I can stream from other sites ok. Was really looking forward to my routines this weekend. Disappointed.
Is there a problem with the website?

Hi Kim.... We are so sorry to hear that. We just tried on a few devices and the streaming was working. So we can understand the problem, can you let us know what type of device are you logging into from with your account (you mentioned a computer, is it a Mac or PC) and what is happening (ie is there an error message or a spinning disc or can't you even open the videos ?). You probably have already tried this, but restarting the computer can often help. Anyway, if you let us know what is happening hopefully we can sort this out. We are sorry to hear you are having problems.
